Today

 So it's been years since I've been on here. I'd forgot that I started a blog. It's almost been 10 years since my last post.  Today is one of those funny feeling type of days that make you review your life.  My mother has been ill for quite awhile now and it has brought me down to the south.  During this time it's hard to know myself and what I'm thinking.  Trying to trust my thoughts is something else.  Reflecting on life is all I know at this moment.  The one thing that I do know is to trust in Allah.

Me

    I've been saying for quite sometime that I need to focus on me.  Well I have been doing just that.  My stress level is down.  My weight is dropping off (need my stomach to go away; contour abs is on my wish list) can stand to loose some more.  I tried on some clothes and got into an ecko small.  I can fit a 10 but its fitting. My skin is healthier than its ever been. 
   Just doing me is doing me some good.  Hopefully things keep getting better.  If something gets in my way I just push it out. 
   Some say I've changed, you're damn right I've changed.  I have more pep in my step. Shine in my eye. Strength in my voice.  Swang in my hips. Eyes on the prize.  It's not all about everyone else it's about me and what I have leftover for you.
     If you're not on my team step off.  If you're a hater thank you.  If you want to get with me be sure you're ready.  If you're not about anything but leeching get a life I have no time or energy for you.  My life is about getting stronger faster and preparing for the future.

Hmm

Well today I'm getting ready to head back to Vegas.  I've enjoyed working here the past few days.  I'll be making a run back here in the morning and back to Vegas after some rest.

What I've noticed

Today I noticed that my body is changing.  I've been relaxing when I'm off and I'm gaining the wait that I lost back.  So starting Sunday I'm dedicating 30mins a day to myself to workout. I think that I at least owe that much.  So we will see how it goes who knows I'll drop that wait and then some.

Just a thought.

Some people don't realize what they have/had with me until the rub/burn me and I dont share anymore.  Just because I'm nice dosen't mean I'm a fool. I let you get what you get because I love you.
